Job description
- In this role, you'll run the operational backbone enabling programme teams to focus on core work while the organisation scales.
- Oversee expenses, invoices, payroll, financial and management accounting, and annual budgeting processes.
- Maintain and update operational tools including Coda, Folk, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack and Timetastic.
- Steward recurring team processes, coordinate meetings and liaise with external providers.
- Execute grant agreements, coordinate data collection and drive operational improvement projects.
