Operations Lead

Lead operational delivery for mission-driven client organizations, executing and managing accounting, compliance, HR, and governance functions.
- Act as fractional COO for multiple UK/US client organizations, owning financial management, payroll, compliance calendars, and board governance.
- Manage operational associates and quality-check their work; independently project-manage multi-workstream engagements from scoping through delivery.
- Select and implement operational tools (Notion, Airtable, Navan, Ramp) and build repeatable SOPs across client engagements.
- Requires 4+ years operations experience in startups or agencies, with proven ability to execute and manage across multiple domains.
- Requires strong judgment, initiative, coachability, and excellent written and verbal English communication.
