Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct interviews with the Executive Director to capture key operational knowledge.
- Develop concise operational reference guides covering fundraising, donor management, bookkeeping, volunteer management, event planning, and general operations.
- Create a one-page Annual Operations Calendar highlighting key recurring activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Excellent listener and interviewer with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize information clearly and write concise, practical documentation in plain English.
- Comfortable working independently and quickly understanding small organization operations.
- Experience in knowledge management, operations/project management, technical writing, or related fields is an asset.
