Operations Associate

• Serve as the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams in the Greater Philadelphia area.
• Provide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
• Inventory and distribute supplies, and help coordinate staff travel and logistics including hotel, flight, car, and per diem requests.

This role empowers Gen-Z voters in Pennsylvania to elect a Governor who will stand up to a government that overlooks youth, directly strengthening youth civic engagement and democratic participation.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and pivot as priorities change in real-time.
• Must reside in Philadelphia or one of the collar counties (Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester).
• Must have a car and a driver's license.

Compensation: $25 per hour. Includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend, and a technology stipend. Note: PTO blackout dates apply during key mobilization periods.
