Role details
Support mission-driven startups by maintaining operational systems, managing tools, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
- Maintain data hygiene across Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace; test workflows and flag issues before rollout.
- Research, implement, and configure new tools and integrations; provide QA and troubleshooting support.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal guides; ensure clarity and usability.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and support financial reconciliations and compliance filings.
- Requires 1–3 years operations or admin experience and strong attention to detail with written communication skills.
