Job description
- In this role, you'll manage operations, administration, and event logistics to keep AISC running and free the Co-Directors for strategic work.
- Manage Co-Directors' calendars, travel, and scheduling across time zones and with senior external stakeholders.
- Coordinate vendor administration, software management, staff travel, and systems support for project management tools.
- Administer the CRM, oversee registration and event logistics, and track attendance data.
- Support communications including social media posts, graphic design in Canva, and contact record maintenance.
