Operations and HR Manager

Manage HR operations and people processes for a global nonprofit, serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries and compliance across multiple countries.
- Field and resolve employee queries on leave, contracts, benefits, relocations, and disputes; track patterns to improve policies.
- Administer performance appraisals, pay grids, and line manager training across the organization.
- Oversee employer of record relationships, ensure multi-country employment compliance, and research new jurisdictions.
- Maintain accurate team records, coordinate payroll changes, and build systems to prevent administrative gaps.
- Requires at least three years' work experience; HR or people operations experience and multi-country employment knowledge desirable.
