Operational Readiness Manager

• Oversee control, inspection, readiness, and lifecycle management of foundation installation equipment, tooling, and critical spare parts across Australian operations.
• Lead workshop operations, improve equipment reliability, and act as operational gatekeeper for equipment entering and leaving company control.
• Manage digital fleet management platform (MaintainX) to ensure accurate asset visibility, maintenance planning, workforce coordination, and reporting.

This role ensures that solar foundation installation equipment is maintained to the highest safety and quality standards, directly supporting the deployment of utility-scale solar power plants and accelerating the global energy transition.

• Strong experience with heavy equipment, construction machinery, or specialised foundation installation equipment.
• Background in fleet operations, equipment inspection, maintenance coordination, or inventory management.
• Understanding of workshop operations, QA/QC processes, and HSE compliance requirements.
• Experience leading technical or operational teams in a fast-paced project environment.
