Online Events Facilitation Specialist (Volunteer)

• Plan, coordinate, and host online events (e.g., Climate Connect calls) with energy and clarity.
• Source and recruit speakers, panellists, and facilitators; manage speaker outreach and coordination.
• Coordinate with marketing on event promotion across email, LinkedIn, Circle, and WhatsApp.
• Track attendance and engagement, and share insights to improve future events.

This role helps break silos and turn climate ambition into action by creating engaging virtual experiences that connect founders, investors, policymakers, and community leaders across 100+ countries.

• Experience hosting, facilitating, or coordinating online events or webinars.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Interest in climate, sustainability, or cleantech.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-starting and globally minded.

This is a volunteer (unpaid) role offering hands-on experience running a global online events programme, collaboration with teams across 90+ cities, exposure to founders and investors, and a clear path to leadership opportunities within 4WARD.
