Nuclear Policy Certificate Program (2026)

This program provides technical, legal, and historical background on civil and military nuclear policy, weapons design, and nonproliferation. It includes 12 formal lectures and 11 guest lectures covering nuclear deterrence, arms control, terrorism, economics, and proliferation intelligence. Concludes with a war game applying knowledge to contemporary nuclear policy challenges.

This program equips participants with the knowledge to contribute to nuclear nonproliferation efforts, enhancing global security and reducing risks from nuclear weapons.

The Nonproliferation Policy Education Center (NPEC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating policymakers and the public on nuclear nonproliferation and security issues.
