What you will drive
- Provide financial modeling services for nonprofits and social enterprises, including complex models for earned revenue, housing finance (NMTC, LIHTC), CDFI loan portfolios, and philanthropic capital strategies.
- Translate client financial questions into clear projections, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools.
- Collaborate with 20 Degrees project leads to understand client goals and deliver high-quality, well-documented models.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Deep financial modeling expertise across nonprofit and social enterprise contexts.
- Demonstrated fluency in complex financing structures including NMTC, LIHTC, CDFI loan portfolios, or alternative philanthropic capital deployment.
- CPA or comparable credential strongly preferred.
- Ability to scope, execute, and deliver high-quality work independently with strong documentation skills.
