Non-Profit Organizations Corporate Attorney (Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available)

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for nonprofit clients, from routine operational agreements to complex transactions.
• Advise on nonprofit governance, board matters, and organizational policies.
• Handle corporate formation, restructuring, and legal research on New York Non-Profit Corporation Law.

This role supports nonprofit and mission-driven organizations by providing expert legal guidance, enabling them to focus on their social impact work in areas such as economic development, conservation, youth services, and education.

• J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission to practice in New York.
• 5+ years of direct nonprofit corporate transactional experience.
• Experience handling nonprofit governance, contracts, and corporate matters as a core part of practice.
• Ability to step into client matters with minimal ramp-up and limited training.
