Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including entering credit card charges, processing vendor payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements, including budget-to-actual reports and fund tracking.
  • Support annual processes such as budget development, 990 preparation, and audit coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including nonprofit bookkeeping.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and nonprofit fund accounting.
  • Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Outstanding integrity and close attention to detail.
