Manager, Advisory

• Architect, lead, and manage client engagements, building relationships and managing interactions throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive delivery teams across multiple workstreams, applying analytical frameworks, conducting stakeholder interviews, and performing business modeling and investment analysis.
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposal responses, creating pitch decks, and defining the firm's value proposition.

This role helps clients achieve economic, environmental, and social vibrancy through strategic advisory on infrastructure, housing, resilience, and other critical initiatives, contributing to sustainable community development.

• Strong interpersonal skills, client-service mindset, and ability to act as a trusted adviser.
• Exceptional numerical reasoning, quantitative skills, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, ArcGIS, Python, Tableau, and data visualization.
• Domain expertise in corporate strategy, organizational assessment, corporate finance, or capital projects advisory (desired).
