Fund Development Coordinator

• Lead and support submission of grant applications to federal agencies (USDA, EPA, DOT) and private funding sources.
• Research and analyze funding opportunities, and cultivate relationships with funders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete proposals and reports.

This role helps ensure rural and Tribal communities across the US have access to safe drinking water, wastewater treatment, and economic prosperity by securing funding for RCAP's technical assistance and capacity-building programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated success securing funding from diverse sources.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a remote team environment.

Annual starting salary range: $65,373 to $78,719.
