NERC Compliance Analyst

• Lead support of the NERC Internal Compliance Program (ICP) and maintain NERC Department SharePoint and Global Audit-Ready (GAR) documents.
• Track milestones, prepare reports, and develop Reliability Standard Audit Worksheets (RSAWs) for audits.
• Gather, review, and organize compliance evidence, and provide SME support to personnel.
• Collaborate across business units to communicate ICP needs and support procedure development.

This role ensures reliable and compliant power generation by maintaining NERC standards, directly supporting safe and efficient energy delivery to communities.

• Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, communications, or business.
• 1+ years of experience in NERC CIP and 693 Reliability Standards or compliance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects, SharePoint).
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet nuclear background clearance requirements.
