Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year fundraising strategy to support operational needs and long-term growth.
- Personally manage a diversified portfolio including major donors, and lead solicitation across major gifts, campaigns, grants, and events.
- Lead institutional giving efforts including prospecting, proposal development, and reporting; engage corporate partners and community-based funders.
- Build a culture of philanthropy across the organization, partnering with CEO and Board to expand revenue streams and donor relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including major gifts and foundation fundraising.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing multiple revenue streams.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and CRM skills (particularly Salesforce); familiarity with Jewish philanthropic landscape strongly preferred.
