Natural Gas Risk Manager

• Lead technical analysis and quantification of market risks across physical and financial natural gas commodity and transportation positions.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced risk analytics tools using Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reporting for timely, accurate, and compliant risk reporting.
• Monitor portfolio risk exposures and support adherence to established risk policies and controls.

This role helps accelerate the clean energy transition by providing independent risk oversight and market intelligence, enabling informed decision-making for renewable and natural gas energy projects that reduce carbon emissions.

• 5+ years of direct experience working in Southwest natural gas markets.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL for analytics, modeling, automation, and application development.
• Experience developing risk analytics, valuation models, or market reporting solutions.
• Deep knowledge of natural gas market fundamentals, transportation markets, pipeline tariffs, and trading dynamics.

Total Compensation: $188,500 - $205,400 (base salary + bonus in USD).
