Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and manage national member engagement infrastructure including working groups, The Portal, national calls, and the member calendar.
  • Coordinate leadership development by maintaining a clear picture of core leaders, executing a distributed 1:1 system, and connecting emerging leaders to growth pathways.
  • Support local campaign refinement and provide tools, templates, and guidance to strengthen campaign development across formations.
  • Maintain member data systems, produce regular reports, and manage the organizational calendar to ensure events and actions are tracked.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3 years of experience in community organizing, campaign strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including ability to work with diverse communities and navigate conflict.
  • Experience with digital/distributed organizing tools (EveryAction, Mobilize, AirTable, New/Mode, etc.) and database management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on developing and executing effective campaigns.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000. Remote position with East Coast preference and frequent travel (approximately one week per month). Equal opportunity employer.
