  • Define and drive a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the firm’s long-term business goals and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, set campaign priorities, and ensure marketing actions result in tangible beneficial outcomes including a healthy pipeline.
  • Elevate the firm’s market presence and brand as a leader in the field.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a national team of marketing and communications professionals, including people leaders.
