National Digital Program Manager, CRM Outreach

• Lead CRM strategy and national mobilization by managing the master schedule for all national email and SMS communications, ensuring a cohesive narrative across SEIU lists.
• Develop and optimize high-impact content for email and SMS, translating complex policy and organizing goals into compelling calls to action.
• Manage digital landing pages, acquisition forms, and advertising campaigns to grow SEIU's active and engaged lists.
• Supervise a team of digital practitioners, implement advanced message testing and list segmentation, and oversee vendor management and budget for digital outreach.

This role amplifies the voices of 2 million diverse workers, driving digital campaigns that build worker power, challenge corporate power, and advance racial and economic justice across healthcare, public sector, and property services.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience.
• CRM mastery (e.g., Bonterra EveryAction, Action Network) and mass SMS platforms, including complex list-building, multivariate testing, and automation.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to pivot between storytelling and data-driven copy; technological agility including AI accelerators.
• Proven team management and ability to prioritize multiple high-stakes projects under strict deadlines; commitment to racial justice.
