Narrative & Communications Associate Director // Digital Organizing and Communications Strategist

• Lead digital volunteer mobilization, grassroots fundraising, and digital acquisition of new supporters at Seed the Vote during election years.
• Lead organizational communications and support network partners at Center for Empowered Politics Education Fund in off-years.
• Translate complex electoral, organizing, and network capacity-building work into compelling narratives rooted in racial and economic justice.
• Produce and steward content across email, social, web, press materials, and toolkits, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.

This role amplifies the voices of working-class communities and communities of color, building progressive power through strategic narrative and digital organizing to counter right-wing politics and advance racial and economic justice.

• 5+ years of progressive digital organizing and strategic communications experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing staff and strategy.
• Proven track record in high-impact email and organic social strategy across electoral, advocacy, or base-building contexts.
• Strong writing, editing, and message discipline; strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Proficiency with CRMs and web analytics (preference for Solidarity Tech, Action Network, EveryAction).

Salary range: $90,000-$105,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, and paid holidays. Remote position within the United States.

The Center for Empowered Politics and Seed the Vote are movement capacity organizations that train and develop leaders of color to build power and co-governing infrastructure, while Seed the Vote mobilizes volunteers to defeat right-wing politics through grassroots electoral work.
