Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead digital volunteer mobilization, grassroots fundraising, and digital acquisition of new supporters at Seed the Vote during election years.
  • Lead organizational communications and support network partners at Center for Empowered Politics Education Fund in off-years.
  • Translate complex electoral, organizing, and network capacity-building work into compelling narratives rooted in racial and economic justice.
  • Produce and steward content across email, social, web, press materials, and toolkits, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of progressive digital organizing and strategic communications experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing staff and strategy.
  • Proven track record in high-impact email and organic social strategy across electoral, advocacy, or base-building contexts.
  • Strong writing, editing, and message discipline; strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Proficiency with CRMs and web analytics (preference for Solidarity Tech, Action Network, EveryAction).
