What you will drive

  • Drive Anaergiaโ€™s North American municipal wastewater technology capital sale pipeline from lead identification to contract execution.
  • Manage relationships with owners, reps, consultants, and strategic partners; shepherd leads through bidding processes.
  • Manage the North American rep network, including training, follow-up, and lead qualification.
  • Interface with wastewater treatment plant leadership and municipal decision-makers to advance sales opportunities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required (Engineering or STEM preferred); MBA preferred.
  • More than 5 years in industry-related business development, project development, applications engineering, or sales engineering with a proven track record in the municipal wastewater sector.
  • Technical understanding of wastewater, sludge processing, biogas, and anaerobic digestion.
  • Excellent negotiating, networking, and interpersonal skills; expert in MS Office; strong writing and proposal generation skills.
