Mission

What you will drive

  • Design or support results frameworks, theories of change, logframes, KPIs, indicator matrices, monitoring plans, and learning agendas.
  • Develop data collection tools, data quality assurance, verification protocols, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess programme performance, risks, outcomes, and learning.
  • Design, commission, manage, or contribute to evaluations, reviews, assessments, and learning exercises.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • University degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, Data Science, Evaluation, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • 5-20 years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, results-based management, data analysis, or programme performance management.
  • Experience designing M&E frameworks, indicators, logframes, evaluations, dashboards, or donor/national reporting systems.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
