Mission
What you will drive
- Lead business development and project development for complex Energy Services projects, including backup generation, resiliency systems, distributed generation, and Energy-as-a-Service offerings.
- Drive opportunities from initial customer engagement through internal funding approval and transition to construction and operations.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, capital estimates, and negotiate commercial agreements such as leases, EPC agreements, and Energy Services agreements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field plus 6 years related work experience (or High School/GED plus 10 years).
- 10+ years related work experience preferred.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, and implementation skills.
- Ability to work independently while guiding cross-functional teams.
