Mission
What you will drive
- Own validation strategy and architecture for microgrid control systems, including HIL testing environments and simulation frameworks.
- Establish verification methodology and standards, including automated test workflows and validation metrics.
- Define test cases and performance criteria in partnership with engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Integrate field learnings into validation by analyzing operating data and improving simulation models.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in real-time system HIL validation, power system model verification, or related disciplines.
- Experience with real-time digital simulators (RTDS, OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL) and power system modeling tools (Simulink, Modelica).
- Familiarity with industrial control programming (C++, IEC 61131-3 Structured Text, Lua, Rust, C) and modern software development practices.
