MHPSS Project Manager - Emergency Roster

• Coordinate mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programs in emergency contexts.
• Work closely with local partner NGOs and government focal points for implementation and monitoring of MHPSS projects.
• Provide ongoing technical advice and support for trainings and supervision related to MHPSS.
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation of MHPSS programs, including development of M&E tools and data analysis.

This role ensures that vulnerable populations affected by emergencies receive essential mental health and psychosocial support, contributing to their recovery and resilience.

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience abroad in a similar position of responsibility with an international NGO.
• Previous experience in an emergency context and/or sensitive security context.
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Arabic, Swahili, Pashto or other languages used in MdM intervention countries is a major asset.
