Human Ressources Coordinator - Emergency Roster

• Coordinate all HR activities for the mission to ensure compliance with internal MdM BE procedures, funding agency processes, and the legal framework of the country.
• Play an active role in the registration process of the mission with relevant authorities and state services.
• Establish work contracts, renewals, and contractual amendments for staff.

This role ensures that Médecins du Monde can rapidly deploy qualified HR personnel to support medical missions in vulnerable populations, directly contributing to universal health coverage and emergency response.

• University degree in economics, management, law, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years of expatriation experience in a similar role for an international NGO.
• Prior experience in an NGO, emergency context, and/or sensitive security context.
• Good command of French and English; knowledge of Arabic, Swahili, Pashto, or other languages used in MdM Belgium intervention countries is a major asset.
