Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide member service support as the first point of contact, handling questions, information requests, and complaints regarding membership.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and resignations, and assist with membership marketing materials including social media content.
  • Update and maintain the membership database, develop membership reports, and assist with member events and non-CME programs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Notes).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Preferred: minimum one year experience in membership administration, customer service, alumni relations, or sales.
