Mission
What you will drive
- Provide excellent service to OPB members and audiences via phone and email, addressing account questions, providing support for OPB Passport, and gathering feedback.
- Enter and update account information and interactions in the Salesforce/Servicecloud database, including member contributions and contact details.
- Grow and maintain OPB’s membership and prospect pool by gathering contact information, upgrading members, and recruiting sustainers during daily interactions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Two years of full-time experience providing customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide step-by-step technical support.
- Proficiency with standard computer software (Microsoft Office) and effective database skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
