Medical Device UniQuality & Unidata Product Information Specialist

Ensure that information related to Entities and Quality Review in UniQuality and the MD Repository is complete, accurate and available for relevant MSF stakeholders.

• Manage entities and ISO certificates in UniQuality and the MD Repository.
• Act as primary point of contact for data quality and consistency between tools.
• Support product information management, harmonization, and data stewardship for medical devices.

This role ensures the availability of trusted, standardized, and high-quality product information, directly supporting field operations, supply chain performance, and interoperability, thereby enabling better quality of care in MSF's humanitarian missions.

• Master’s degree in scientific, engineering, pharmacy or paramedical sciences.
• At least five years of professional experience in a technical role in scientific, engineering, pharmacy or paramedical sciences.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, organized for data entry/modification in databases.
• Proficiency in English and B2 level of French.

Compensation and benefits package current in the MSF entity establishing the contract. Permanent contract at 80%.
