Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance deep-dives across multiple European markets.
  • Support new market assessments, market-entry business cases, and cross-functional expansion initiatives.
  • Assist in developing short and long term forecasts, commercial planning frameworks, and leadership reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply teams to support strategic commercial initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, commercial strategy, or demand planning within e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing KPIs, competitor analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.
