What you will drive

  • Orchestrate multichannel lifecycle marketing (CRM) and social media execution to drive audience growth and achieve 2026 goals.
  • Manage end-to-end CRM workflows (Push, Email, WhatsApp) and craft persuasive copy to drive conversion.
  • Execute social media editorial calendar aligned with growth strategy and brand trust initiatives.
  • Run user-level discount programs and voucher campaigns with A/B testing to optimize ROI.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience in Lifecycle Marketing and Social Media management.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a growth-hacking mindset (test-and-learn).
  • Analytical proficiency to interpret cohort data and ROI.
  • Fluent in English for daily interaction with global teams.
