Marketing & Content Associate

Create and manage marketing content across channels to help AIM reach talented founders and funders.
- Write and publish newsletter, blog, social, and campaign copy; produce derivative assets across platforms.
- Run email sequences for application cycles, manage social channels, and maintain website content and landing pages.
- Track performance metrics, maintain list health and UTM tracking, and coordinate freelance designers and videographers.
- Requires strong writing ability and data literacy; comfortable using AI tools and standard marketing platforms.
- Requires alignment with AIM's mission and ability to work across varied tasks in a small team.
