What you will drive
- Define and implement the UK market strategy for High Voltage products aligned with Hub Europe objectives.
- Drive growth initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and lead complex sales processes including pricing and contractual negotiations.
- Own and manage the UK HV business P&L, including order intake, revenue, margin, and cash performance.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional team of sales, tendering, and support professionals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit

- Strong track record in High Voltage substations, EPC projects, or related technologies; good understanding of UK energy market.
