Job description

Lead research on global lead exposure burden while supervising a quantitative research team and publishing peer-reviewed findings.
- Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of research staff; set priorities and quality standards.
- Conduct independent quantitative analyses, develop statistical methods, and write code in R or Python.
- Interpret team results, design research approaches, and lead manuscript and proposal development.
- Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, or related field plus four years' experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience with strong analytic, communication, and large-dataset modeling skills essential.
