Manager, Revenue Operations

• Own the AI-enabled revenue forecast model, integrating pipeline, capacity, and enrollment data to drive development team goal-setting and performance tracking.
• Manage CRM governance and pipeline management, ensuring data integrity and proactive risk management for funder/partner relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to pressure-test learner volume and performance, and prepare executive-ready revenue reports and forecasting summaries.

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related analytical field.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end forecasting model design and communicating multi-scenario revenue projections to senior audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, combined with demonstrated AI proficiency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred) with a track record of enforcing data governance standards.

Salary: $120,000.
