Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate and execute WomenHeart's programmatic initiatives, including topic-based funded projects, educational resources, and emerging program efforts.
  • Maintain integrated master workplans, track progress, and proactively flag risks or delays to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support content development for educational materials and manage workflows with consultants, subject matter experts, and designers.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and provide project management support for key initiatives and events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or program operations within a nonprofit, public health, or mission-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with defined deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting outlines, summaries, or first-pass content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared digital workspaces or project tracking tools.
