Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and execute WomenHeart's programmatic initiatives, including topic-based funded projects, educational resources, and emerging program efforts.
- Maintain integrated master workplans, track progress, and proactively flag risks or delays to ensure timely delivery.
- Support content development for educational materials and manage workflows with consultants, subject matter experts, and designers.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and provide project management support for key initiatives and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or program operations within a nonprofit, public health, or mission-driven organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with defined deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting outlines, summaries, or first-pass content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared digital workspaces or project tracking tools.
