Manager of Development and Communications

• Lead funding initiatives for the Safer Pathways Center (SPC), including government, foundation, corporate, and donor opportunities.
• Manage the SPC grant portfolio, including grant writing, submissions, and reporting.
• Manage individual donor campaigns and ongoing donor support.
• Track and increase SPC funding, documenting all development data in Salesforce NPSP.

This role directly supports the Safer Pathways Center, which provides behavioral health services and addresses social determinants of health, helping individuals with arrest and conviction records achieve productive employment and improved well-being.

• At least 3 years of experience in development and fundraising with knowledge of Individual Donors, Major Gifts, and Foundations.
• Bachelor's degree in English, public administration, business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
• Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs; Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Experience in fundraising for healthcare, mental health, or related services a plus.
