Manager of Billing Operations

• Oversee day-to-day billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage collections lifecycle through proactive outreach, including phone calls and email escalations, to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Accounting to resolve billing issues and streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to address root-cause billing inefficiencies.

This role ensures that progressive campaigns and organizations can focus on driving change without billing disruptions, directly supporting the operational backbone of political and advocacy work.

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or corporate collections.
• Strong communication skills with proven comfort performing direct customer outreach (phone and email) for collections.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (Sales, Customer Success, Accounting) to resolve complex billing challenges.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a desire to streamline workflows and fix repetitive operational errors.

$80,000 yearly salary (base), non-negotiable. Discretionary bonus eligible.
