Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as primary writer and project manager for all institutional grant proposals, corporate and individual solicitations, and donor report submissions.
  • Maintain tracking and reporting system for grant proposals, awards, and prospects to ensure timely submissions and reports.
  • Support frontline fundraisers by crafting regular written updates and impact reports for donors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to build firsthand knowledge of DigDeep's model and impact.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience including grant writing, grant management, foundation relations, institutional fundraising, and grant reporting.
  • Exceptional grant writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a demonstrated track record of developing successful grant proposals and reports.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex programmatic, financial, and impact data into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce, Slack, Asana preferred.
