Manager, Field Advancement

• Build and drive adoption of systems, tools, and standards for field development and outreach teams.
• Develop frameworks for community partnership strategy and volunteer pipeline development.
• Design and deliver training to improve outreach performance and consistency across chapters.
• Track and analyze outreach activity, define key performance metrics, and provide insights to leadership.

This role enables the Parkinson's Foundation to scale its outreach and engagement efforts, leading to more partnerships, volunteers, and revenue to support research and care for people with Parkinson's disease.

• 5+ years experience in community engagement, outreach, or nonprofit field operations.
• Strong operational experience building systems and tools; demonstrated experience driving adoption across multiple teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Clear understanding of how engagement efforts contribute to revenue and participation growth; strong analytical skills.

Competitive salary range $65,000-$70,000, plus comprehensive benefits package.
