Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Project Managers to ensure successful project implementations and exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive team operations by implementing processes, managing expenses, and optimizing KPIs to meet strategic goals.
  • Provide executive oversight for new client implementations, stepping in to resolve high-risk situations and escalations.
  • Maintain product knowledge and facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline project delivery.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of team leadership in a project management role.
  • Strong project and client management skills; proficiency with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead calls internally and externally.
  • Quick learner with ability to pick up new platforms and industries; empathy and problem-solving skills.
