Mission
What you will drive
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Project Managers to ensure successful project implementations and exceptional client experiences.
- Drive team operations by implementing processes, managing expenses, and optimizing KPIs to meet strategic goals.
- Provide executive oversight for new client implementations, stepping in to resolve high-risk situations and escalations.
- Maintain product knowledge and facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline project delivery.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of team leadership in a project management role.
- Strong project and client management skills; proficiency with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead calls internally and externally.
- Quick learner with ability to pick up new platforms and industries; empathy and problem-solving skills.
