Manager, Business Systems

• Lead the strategy, optimization, and evolution of critical enterprise and manufacturing systems, including ERP platforms and integrations.
• Serve as Product Owner for business systems, driving requirements gathering, workflow redesign, and systems modernization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and vendors to align systems strategy with business needs.
• Support and improve integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems.

This role strengthens global stability and security by optimizing enterprise systems that support Capella's mission-critical intelligence solutions, enabling faster and more reliable delivery of satellite imagery and data for national security and advanced sensing applications.

• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles.
• Experience operating as a Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, or Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Base salary range: $128,445 - $167,497. Total compensation includes base, bonus, equity, and benefits.
