Malawi Technical Coordinator

• Build partner capacity by training and certifying technical teams on installation and after-installation services.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance through site visits and performance verification.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and warehousing accuracy.
• Coordinate carbon program monitoring, data quality, and partner relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, agriculture, renewable energy, operations management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of general experience with at least 1 year in operational, team management, leadership, or coordination.
• Partner relationship and project management experience.
• Experience in field-based or site installations.
