Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a portfolio of 50–75 major gift prospects and donors at the $10,000+ level, developing and executing individualized strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Lead the drafting of major gift proposals, case statements, and customized funding pitches for individual donors and family foundations.
  • Serve as the Development team's lead implementer for the fundraising salon program, coordinating logistics, guest lists, and follow-up cultivation plans.
  • Conduct prospect research to identify new major gift candidates and support moves management for mid-level donors with major gift potential.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–8 years of progressive fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record of closing major gifts at the $10,000+ level.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce polished, compelling donor proposals and communications.
  • Experience planning and executing donor cultivation events, including intimate salon- or house party-style gatherings.
  • Proficiency in a CRM system; experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar platforms strongly preferred.
