Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement customized cultivation and stewardship strategies for a portfolio of 75-100 Major Donors capable of gifts of $5,000 and above.
- Nurture relationships through personalized communications, meetings, reports, and engagement opportunities to ensure timely acknowledgment and impact updates.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Development Operations to track and analyze individual giving, and propose changes to engagement strategies to increase funding.
- Oversee the Manager of Donor Relations and serve as a mentor, providing expertise in donor retention and relationship management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of professional fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment, with a demonstrated track record of soliciting five and six-figure gifts.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with experience handling highly confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with CRM databases (Raiser's Edge preferred), MS Office, and online collaboration tools; self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
