Mission
What you will drive
- Lead program integration, financial stewardship, and cross-functional execution for the Main Power Systems organization supporting the Xe-100 small modular reactor.
- Oversee multi-year program baselines, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) planning, and performance measurement to ensure compliance with DOE and Federal requirements.
- Direct financial execution tracking, monthly close coordination, and strategic funding allocation decisions, preparing executive briefings and budget submissions.
- Provide senior-level oversight of procurement, contracts, and vendor integration, ensuring alignment with technical scope and Federal contracting requirements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8โ10 years of experience in program finance, business management, or program analysis supporting complex technical programs, with at least 5 years in Federal, DOE, defense, or similar regulated environments.
- Expert-level understanding of EVMS, EAC development, control account management, and program performance measurement.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and project tools (Primavera, MS Project).
