Mission
What you will drive
- Own acquisitions end to end, from sourcing and screening targets through valuation, diligence, structuring and negotiation to close.
- Shape where Fuse goes next by working out which markets and business lines to enter, build, or buy and what it takes to win there.
- Build the models, market work and investment cases that turn a go/no-go into a decision that holds up.
- Drive execution and delivery by running the workstreams, advisors, data rooms and timelines so deals and projects actually close.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2 to 5 years in M&A, investing (PE, VC or infrastructure), corporate development or a similarly high-intensity analytical seat.
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and structured problem-solving skills.
- An independent operator who can parachute into an ambiguous problem and drive it to an answer and an outcome.
- Strong commercial judgement and the communication skills to make a case to leadership.
