Local Leader Recruiter & Expansion Coordinator Volunteer: 4WARD.earth

• Scout and engage potential City Leads in target cities worldwide, managing the recruitment pipeline and conducting interviews and onboarding sessions
• Train and mentor City Leads on community management and event creation, sharing best practices to ensure alignment with 4WARD's mission
• Identify and prioritize strategic cities for network growth, collaborating with leadership to align expansion with global goals
• Ensure smooth transitions to regional support teams, maintain engagement, and track recruitment and activation metrics to guide improvements

This role helps expand 4WARD's global network of City Leads who drive climate action in their communities, accelerating the climate tech movement through local leadership and collaboration.

• Experience in recruiting, community building, or volunteer coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to identify, assess, and onboard potential leaders
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple processes at once
• Passionate about sustainability and local impact, comfortable working in remote, multicultural environments

• Mentorship and guidance from 4WARD's leadership team and experienced community builders
• Hands-on experience building recruitment pipelines and onboarding programs for a global climate platform
